Noble Park Hotel

Great price, great location, great hygiene. The rooms are a bit small, and the AC is a bit cold. Like the smart TV, but dislike the disposable towels. The toilet seat couldn't stay in the up right position though. Notice it's 11am check out though.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience, but we had no choice as we had already checked in. The washroom smelled awful, the room was extremely small with barely enough space to move around, there were no cabinets for clothes, and the lobby smelled like a kitchen. I don’t want to say this, but this was our experience. On February 21, 2025, we checked into the hotel. At the reception, we provided our details, and the receptionist informed us that a security deposit of 500 HKD per room was required. We had booked two rooms—one under my name, Jaicen Arriane Gloriana, and the other under my mother’s name, Pacencia Mendoza Tan. I asked if I could pay the deposit in cash, but the receptionist refused and said they only accepted card payments. So, I handed over my card, and 1,000 HKD (for both rooms) was charged. On February 25, 2025, we checked out, and I asked about my security deposit refund. The receptionist informed me that the amount would be refunded to my account within two to four weeks. However, it has now been nearly four weeks, and I still haven’t received the refund. I contacted my bank, Gotym Bank, to inquire about the 1,000 HKD charge made by Noble Park Hotel on February 21. They confirmed that the payment was fully processed and was not a pre-authorization, as my card was charged immediately upon being inserted into the machine at the hotel reception. I asked my bank if they could process a refund, but they stated that the money can only be returned if the hotel initiates the transfer. Only then can the bank proceed with the necessary steps. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. The hotel staff are completely unknowledgeable about pre-authorizations. Now I understand why they insisted on only accepting card payments for the security deposit—so they could charge the amount and delay or refuse refunds while falsely claiming it was a pre-authorization. I called the reception they didn't even speak English and no one understand my complaints about my security deposit. It's very frustrating and dissapointing. Bad customer service until now I didn't get my money for they security deposit that I paid at the reception.

WORST HOTEL EVER!! DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!! * NOBLE PARK HOTEL @ HK * Upon entering the room, I was immediately disgusted by what I saw. The bedding remained unchanged, and the room was damp and covered in stains. The walls were damaged, and the carpets were in poor condition. To make matters worse, the toilet hadn't been cleaned properly, with hair and gum littering the floor. The entire experience made me feel sick and uncomfortable. Despite my request to change rooms, the receptionist claimed it wasn't possible but offered to clean my current room and bedding. However, they only changed the bed sheets, neglecting to clean the dust, hair, and gum. The hotel was a complete disappointment and not worth the money. It ruined my trip to Hong Kong, and I couldn't bear to stay another night. Despite booking for two nights, we left early because we felt disgusted and itchy throughout the night. “為了令到閣下旅途愉快，請遠離這間酒店” 這一間酒店是所有住過的酒店之中暫時最差的一間，房間各處可見塵埃佈滿，牆身充滿黑印發霉! 空間令人感到不舒適，還可以聽見隔壁房聊天或者人員出入！床單地板沒有徹底清潔, 隨處可見非常骯髒！向前台人員反映，他們叫我們出外面先走走再回來酒店，因為他們需要聯絡房務員進行清潔，然後前台人員對我們說會幫我們將整個房間清潔一遍，對於這一點，我們滿懷期待，我們出了酒店外面大概一個小時後再回去，只看見一切如常除了床單換了之外，其他各處沒有一點被清潔到！只能說衛生情況真的很差，完全和官方的照片不一様！服務人員態度或處理不專業都算了，空間小都不要緊 ，而是一個酒店房最基本的衛生要做到吧！入住這間酒店期間不能好好休息，非常不適！最後選擇了提早退房並結束旅程！
