The location is ideal if you are looking for a river view of the Parliament building. The hotel lobby is modern and has been renovated. Unfortunately, our experience with the rooms was not good. The air conditioning and telephone were not working in our first room, which was in the older part of the building. After some hesitation from the staff, we were eventually able to move to another room where the AC was working. Both rooms were spacious, but the second room also had issues - the TV channels needed to be recalibrated before the TV could be used. Cleanliness was unfortunately an issue in both rooms. There were multiple large stains on the carpets, heavily wrinkled curtains, discoloration/stains on the headrest of the bed and pieces of paper and other debris on the floor, apparently left from previous housekeeping or guests. These are details that should not be overlooked in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was average and nothing particularly memorable. Parking is available for an additional fee, although I only found this out after checking out. The reception staff did not ask about our experience when we checked out. Some of the staff members we interacted with were helpful, but overall the service felt somewhat inconsistent. The location and views are definitely the hotel's greatest strengths. This hotel deserves a better level of service and room maintenance, regardless of the fact that it is "only" a four-star hotel. The location is excellent, but the overall experience did not live up to the potential of the property.

Hotel has perfect location when you want to visit city center or go sightseeing, however it can be a little noisy when you open the window. We had an amazing view. In my opinion, hotel needs some renovations, mainly the rooms that can appear little old and worn out when you look closely. Our room was clean, but I’d expect better cleaning of the carpet, we also found used mugs, spoons and the kettle had some limestone inside. For a 4 star hotel I’d expect these details to be better. However, it was a comfortable stay and it’s location is just perfect.

The location and the view from the hotel was fine, but the room itself was a big disappointment. The stand was generally sad and worn, and the cleaning was deeply defective. The carpet was filled with hair, spots of flattened substance and undefinable things, during the whole stay was dirty and used service not picked up and replaced and there was not filled up with coffee and tea. Soap dispenser was also empty. The bed was incredibly tough and every time you turned around it sounded like an old garden hole. This is not a 4 star hotel. They didn't even say goodbye when we checked out.
