I have stayed in Ibis hotels all over the world and this was the worst by far.
Although the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast were good, everything else was terrible!
Receptionists were very unfriendly and did not resolve issues such as the dirtiness of the room.
On the first day, the room was dirty, especially the bathroom; we think it was due to the rush since they let us check in early, but they did not clean it in 4 nights (attached photos), just changed the towels and that was it. And they didn't even vacuum.
In the cold hallways, there were hanging wires that did not meet any safety standards.
It is true that it is very well connected with public transport, but it is surrounded by homeless people, dirt, and bad odors... In short, not to be repeated.
