After Zsofi's fantastic facial treatment and lava stone massage, the splash was even better! The appearance is fantastic, the room equipment is very good. The reception is helpful. I don't recommend it to anyone who can't handle children. There are too many children's programs. I will not make the adults happy.

Unfortunately, they were unable to comply with our meal request, which was agreed on several channels beforehand (reservation system, e-mail, phone, and finally in person before every breakfast, lunch and dinner), despite the fact that we received the reassuring answer on all the platforms listed above that everything will be fine with them here: - According to the category indicated in the restaurant, people with milk sensitivities can consume it. It actually contains milk (confirmed by the chef). - For dinner on the second day, the restaurant's position was that they would not be able to give us ANYTHING due to our sensitivity to milk and eggs, we would have to arrange dinner outside the house. At this point, we indicated that we would return the room and leave the accommodation earlier than planned, because it is not a vacation to run to the store with the children for every meal, all while paying for the entire meal. The room was dirty and we had no hot water for two days. The air conditioner did not cool. We reported it, but there was no feedback or immediate help. The hotel was so fair that when we indicated our justified need to leave early, they immediately refunded the difference! Special thanks to the very nice colleagues at the reception!

First when we got our room we was wondering how dirty is the carpet on the grandfloor, and in our room. I asked to change for usthe room on reception. We got a new one. Fully dissapointed me this hotel. Before we visited this hotel few years ago, was on top with top service. Now we decide to spend our new years eve here. It was a bad decide. The hotel rooms and corridor carpets fully dirty, in wellness the floor too. The welness air temperature is cold.nowhere,i found temierature checker. The towels and the bath Cloaks are old and worn. This hotel does not correspond to 3 stars either. Dilapidated hotel. It's not worth the price. In the bathroom no shampoo and bathgel. The hair dryer in the bathroom doesn't blow properly, I had to ask for one to dry my hair. Katastrofa!! Each moment somthing new bad experience. The bathrooms Shelf broken. This is a huge disappoint. I think will newer back here again. I will look forward to the New Year's Eve program and the quality of the food. I will report latert about that, and put on a pictures and videos. . Dont reserve here if u want to be in good and nice hotel!
