The rooms are clean, spacious, and airy. The breakfast variety is adequate. Rooms include an ironing board and coffee maker. It's a practical room. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Terrible service at reception. Couldn't find my booking and refused to cooperate. I indicated that some time they make mistakes with my name. Refused to try. Finally after waiting found it in his own reservation cards. Not even an apology. Not recommended. Room very simple also. Not even a bottle of water with temperature of 34 degrees

My husband and I stayed at this hotel during a lovely vacation in Budapest with an organized trip; the hotel is a nice, large, and comfortable 4-star hotel about 20 minutes from downtown Budapest, the room was nice, clean, and equipped with all the comforts, with well-functioning air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom. Breakfast and dinner buffet with a large, abundant, and tasty variety of both savory and sweet food. Unfortunately, the negative note is the total lack of empathy, availability, and kindness from 99% of the staff towards customers who do not speak English or their language!!! What a shame.......!!!!!
