Jagello Hotel

Only positive note the reception. They are all very kind and helpful and prepared, but the hotel is dirty, the rooms even worse, dirty, the next day we hoped to find the room arranged and clean but nothing, the towels do not change them and do not even make the beds, the garbage cans do not even empty them.

We arrived on Tuesday night and since then they have not changed, we have been there for three days and they have not changed the towels, they have not made the room any day even though we have told them repeatedly, the Wi-Fi does not work and the breakfast is very Poor thing, you don't have cold milk or toast, hot milk, or toast. Are the rooms dirty?

I had booked an apartment with 3 beds and kitchen (micro and fridge) for several days. I arrived late evening. Had to call reception to bring soap and shower gel. One chair was broken, I gave it to the reseptionist. Microwave was dirty inside. One wall has slide-doors with other room wich makes the noise isolation next to nothing. If somebody talks in that other room, you can hear every word. Because of that I couldn't sleep there first night at all. Reception offered me smaller room just for that one night. In that room not all the electricity outputs were working. Next morning I had breakfast (it was poor) and left to closest Novotel wich was just fine. Reseptionists in Jagello were friendly and trying but otherwise I would not recommend. Dusty and depressing hotel.
