Abacus Business & Wellness Hotel

I would like to point out to anyone who wants to organize a congress or a group trip to this hotel the very unprofessionalism and impropriety of the people who work in the offices. My company has booked, after receiving the availability of the hotel, an event with more than 100 people from 10 to 13 March 2026. The hotel, one day after booking, wrote to us that it could no longer accommodate the group due to two reservations that had overlapped. It gave us the opportunity to postpone the event to the period from 24 to 27 March. We realized that there had been an error in the first period and we moved the booking to March 24/27. Once again, after our reconfirmation of the numbers of people in the second period indicated by the hotel as available, it comes to us that for an error even the date March 24/27 is no longer available!!!! This has never happened with a hotel of this category (we had already worked with this hotel and everything had always been fine but probably the people who run it have changed and now this has happened). If you are looking for professionalism, honesty and precision, which in a working relationship are even more important than on a holiday, stay away from this structure because you risk losing your good name with your customers.

Really good value for money, very nice hotel with friendly staff. I was impressed by the spa, especially the 25 meters long and 1,80 m deep pool. The two saunas and the steam bath are great too. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is modern and the whole place has a good feel about it. I would definitely return.

One of the best value for money accommodation I stayed in the last years. Not so far from Budapest (45 min.)/Hungaroring (50 min.), but you should come by car... This is the only downside, but the services and the staff overcome this "little" inconvenient. I also recommend the spa & Pool. The food is very good and the breakfast (included in the price) is fantastic (one of the most variate and good quality breakfast ever) I really recommend for small & big groups, especially if you want a quiet and fully equipped place not so far from Budapest.
