From the outside, it doesn't even look like a hotel; it is not very visible and also neglected. Once inside, you access a bare lobby typical of the 70s-80s of the Soviet era. From the elevator onward (with glass walls overlooking a lovely internal courtyard), the environment is warmer and more modern. The room is quite new, clean, and well-lit, the same goes for the bathroom. However, the light in the room is not near the bed but only at the entrance; there are no USB charging stations (now mandatory everywhere), just 2 wall outlets placed in front of the beds. The air conditioning is not very efficient, while the pillows are small and flat. The breakfast is continental and well-stocked with good quality products.

The room was pretty nice and comfortable. However, most of the rooms at the time we stayed didn't have heating. After hours of being out in the freezing cold we couldn't take a hot since we didnt have hot water to bath to relax and some rooms were cold.

The best thing about it is that it's accessible. The location is quiet and within walking distance of the city center. Apart from that, it was a very unpleasant surprise that we didn't have a refrigerator in the room, with 35 Celcious outside! And the staff was unhelpful and not very understanding.
