I had an unfortunate experience here, which is not for general discussion. I'd just like to comment on the helpfulness and concern of the young reception staff, Rebecca and Imran in dealing with my issue and rectifying matters very swiftly. Breakfast was really good too

Dirty filthy bed and toilet shocking not what was advertised on booking.com, do not stay here cleaner sleeping on park bench.

Triple M, muck, mould, musky Yes this hotel is a 3 star budget hotel but its dirty, grimy and in an area that doesn’t feel safe! The pictures on the website looked decent for a 3 night stay but we were stunned when we open the door. First of all the smell to try and cover the musty smell hit me, then the lack of decor and the dirty brown curtains yuk! This hotel is just gross, the beds fell apart when we sat on them, the bedding was stained, the toilet seat fell off, the fridge was dirty, my once brand new white socks were filthy after only walking a few steps. The only good thing about this hotel is the number 9 or 72 bus out of there….
