Centrooms House

Incredibly hot, dirty in the room, stains all over the carpet and walls, and also smelled like cat pee in the room. We asked for new room or compensation but it was not possible. We checked out and booked another hotel. Super bad experience.

This is the worst hotel that we could've ever stayed at. The rooms are dirty and we found multiple hair in the sheets that were not ours. The carpet is filthy and same for the walls also the smell from the bathroom is unbearable. The bed is like sleeping on a wooden plate, if u like comfort and clean spaces DONT EVER COME HERE!!!!!

A horrible experience! all dirty, wall, carpet, sheets, pillows... total degradation! "the 'cheap' is not synonymous with dirty! Hygiene and cleanliness here, you don't know what they are! we immediately pointed out the degradation of the room, we asked the receptionists to see the conditions and they were not at all upset by our complaint, In fact they are fully aware of everything, because we were not the first to complain ! after fighting for a change of room , we noticed that even what must have been a family was obviously in similar situations, if not with the addition of dirty blankets of dry semen in the inside and then facing the bed (almost to hide and give you the surprise effect) and hair and hair on sheets and pillows are the certificate of hospitality of this structure, dust under the bed and in the skirting boards as a side dish of a tasty stay! to shut down and disinfect the facility! Surely at every end of the stay, the cleaning ladies if they can be called that, are in charge of turning the sheets and pillows, putting a ribbon over the toilet to give you the illusion that it has been cleaned and sanitized, a cute fold on the roll of toilet paper and so they can return home serenely. But do you have any dignity, you who sell and work in this place? Not to be recommended even to a homeless person to shelter from the cold of this sad city!!!! Ah and of course after the first night we asked to check out and had to look for a new accommodation, because of their lack of professionalism!
