The receptionist Zsolt is very kind and amazing person. When i arrived he greeted with me warmly and made my stay memorable. I would recommend this for everyone if you are in Budapest.

With people like this, everything works, wins the hotel and customers know who to count on when choosing. Returning to Budapest, for the location but especially for the help in the welcoming, this will be the hotel. Parabéns Gábor.

Overall good hotel. Rooms were good, great location. I liked the vibe 4 stars as they stuffed up my laundry - they didn't do it. I hadn't paid yet they didn't ask me to - one would assume in that situation pay on collection. I felt the staff didn't handle the situation in a professional manner
