Trendy Deluxe Apartments

Hello everyone! To be honest, I'm not really a person who likes to complain, but this time I felt the need, I'm a soldier in the army, I'm a fighter and I live in conditions that are not the most promising. I arrived at the hotel with my older brother, we're still here! We arrived, both of us, as soldiers in the army, we got time off for my birthday, I guess everyone knows that a hotel is part of the vacation experience, we arrived and returned in the evening after we were tired, we arrive and see stains and hairs on the bed, stains on the curtain on the bathtub, a blockage in the sink and dirt on the towels, I was really disgusted! Because it's just terrible that you pay for a place to get the maximum and get less than the minimum, no matter what we went to the reception and asked them to change their sheets, to clean and do something! They came and didn't even change the sheets, they just shook! We saw that the stains remained on the pillows, disgusting! Then my father called the hotel and after a little argument they came to change their sheets, but they did it for us. For my brother, she folded the bed and didn't put any sheets on it, she put them aside so that he would be ashamed of himself. Hahaha and this mess was embarrassing. Needless to say, I also had black spots on the sheets, even though we asked 3 times, they simply ignored us. The cleaner saw that there were no towels in the shower and yet chose to ignore it and leave one. Then I took her to reception, her service is really rubbish, she acts like she's doing me a favor by helping, rolls her eyes at me and insists that the cleaner Alek cleaned, they're making a joke of us, we came out of the army, we dreamed of a vacation and got spit in the face, it's not worth a penny, I don't recommend anyone go near the place at all, if you fall for a room like this, they'll spit in your face and not put you in, we're still here at the hotel because we have no other choice, we're soldiers and we don't want to spend too much, but even though we asked to add more money to move to a normal room, it happens that there's no room, their service, their cleanliness, everything here is shocking.

Firstly a big thank you to the staff (in our case David and Margo) who welcomed us and checked us in seamlessly. We were in an annexe building which was fine as it was new and clean. The apartments seem to all be as described and shown in the photos. Our rental was a “penthouse” one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette. The A/C worked really well but there is only a unit in the living area not the bedroom. The bathroom had a big shower with great water pressure and a washing machine. We had the only apartment without a balcony which was a shame as we really wanted a balcony however we made do with opening the windows wide (not quite the same!) the only other slight negative was finding the check in reception once you got the the complex it was located in. I would have liked better signage as we took a while to figure it out. Our apartment had twin beds which was perfect for us but if travelling as a couple it would not be ideal. Overall very happy with our choice and would recommend

In my opinion only strong point the proximity to the center and the main public transport. The structure is huge, the apartment very large, but they can improve with cleaning even the terrace that seemed abandoned. Would not stay there again.
