This hotel has max 2*, no cold water you can buy. Everything is dark all the time, they save on the power. Unfunctioning WiFi. The pillows were very old and bulky (uncomfortable). The curtains were very thin and were no help when the sun rose up. Those who worked there seemed to be students, with little competence. Was good at booking a taxi and making coffee, otherwise not much. The hotel is suitable for students who are used to the minimum. The whole area lacked street light, not good at night in the dark.

The shadows are those of the evening. If you return to the hotel when the sun has already set, a 15-minute walk in the dark from the subway stop awaits you: not exactly the height of safety. For the rest, the property is decent and clean; the reception staff is kind and smiling. The bathroom is not equipped with shampoo/body wash or a hair dryer. The window curtains are not blackout curtains.

The hotel is comfortable and close to public transport. Public transport is very efficient in Budapest, and everyone at the hotel is helpful in guiding you along the way. Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. No breakfast available at the moment, but there are so many delightful restaurants around Budapest for breakfast and brunch, you won't even notice.
