By far the best hotel we have ever stayed in! The customer service was exemplary. I had a problem with my mobility scooter & the hotel team helped me to resolve it quickly. The rooms are spacious, very well-appointed & the view is incredible. The basement Hot Tub is amazing. The location is great. The perfect choice for a city break in Budapest. Thank you Verno House.

Family vacation two adults and a 13-year-old child for Hanukkah. The beautiful room, above all praise, breakfasts in the hotel also deserve special praise (range and quality of products). Excellent Jacuzzi and saunas (dry and wet). A friendly and courteous staff. Justifiable 5 stars in total, I recommend!
