They put us in a room adapted for people with disabilities, nothing to object to, but the bathroom smelled very bad and the sink was clogged. The shower curtains were very damaged and look very bad. Cobwebs on the bathroom ceiling....otherwise just to say it was okay. The hotel's location, although far from the center, is well connected and the area is quiet.

Terrible! Our travel agent booked us here. The air was out and they did not tell us when we checked in. We got to our room and it was like a sauna 90 degrees. The windows only open a crack. It was unbearable. The staff only told us the air was out after we complained. They were very unhelpful and acted like they could car less. We checked out and checked into the UP hotel, which was great a lot nicer. I would never recommend this dump! It is a literal hell hole!

We've stayed in hotel for a few nights so we took night&breakfast. Very well situated hotel, not far away from.the river and city center (about 20 minutes walk), or 5 minutes walk from metro line 3 or 5 minute walk at the other side to tram station 2...Quite helpful and decent stuff but they have a little problems with kitchen organization- during breakfast there were a period with lack of bread, butter or yoghurt and other food for a 15-20 minutes both days and a cleannless which is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel.
