The experience at the Anantara New York Palace was nothing short of excellent. The staff was friendly, and the property was stunning. I would recommend it to anyone, and I am looking forward to returning.

Wonderful lunch at The Atrium! Maxamillion made our experience truly special with his warm, attentive service and great recommendations. We especially loved the “Falling Poem” cocktail. It was such a fun and creative idea that came with a little surprise from the bartender after writing a poem. Thank you, Maxamillion, for making our visit so memorable!

I am staying at the Anantara Hotel in Budapest, and during both days I had the pleasure of meeting Kristoffer at Café New York. I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. Kristof is a young man, but he already shows an incredible level of professionalism and an impressive understanding of his work. He is exceptionally service-minded, responsible, attentive and genuinely caring towards his guests. You can clearly feel that he truly cares about making people feel welcome and ensuring they have a wonderful experience. Both days, I left with a big smile on my face and a wonderful feeling, and a large part of that was thanks to Kristoffer and his outstanding service.
