Great location and core staff, service teams need work. The reception team here was the highlight of our stay. Warm, welcoming, and truly helpful from check-in on. When our travel plans changed at the last minute, the concierge, Aron arranged transportation for us all the way from Budapest to Split, Croatia. Above and beyond what we expected from hotel staff he was amazing. The room was clean and the bathroom was well appointed when we arrived. We had a lovely view overlooking Deák tér, and the room got great natural light from multiple windows on almost every side. Keep in mind a room facing the main square will be louder in the hustle and bustle of the city nights. A few things kept this from being a five-star stay. On our second day, housekeeping never came, we didn't realize until we got back to the room around 6 p.m. and found it untouched. Having travelled extensively around the world staying in a five star hotels this is a never event and a major signal that there is a breakdown in service structure and communication. Breakfast was also inconsistent: one morning the staff seemed to forget we'd already been seated, there were no utensils on the table, and nobody came by to offer coffee or juice until we asked. When coffee did arrive, it came without sugar or a spoon. We had breakfast included through our Amex benefit, so no complaints there, but the buffet itself was thin compared to what you'd get at a Four Seasons or similar five-star property. More than once we had to ask for basics like honey or cream to be refilled. Still, the location can't be beat. You're within easy reach of everything in the city, and that alone makes this hotel worth a look for your next Budapest trip.

Koreans~ When visiting Budapest, stay at a 5-star hotel. Luxury class (which was Ritz-Carlton until January 2025) is extremely luxurious!! Right next to Elizabeth Square, a 10-minute walk in front of the nose? The subway station is nearby. There are 3 subway lines and the location is very good. It's a super safe zone on the main street. (We were safe at 10 p.m. St. Stephen's Cathedral is a 5-minute walk away, and it takes a little more than 10 minutes. The staff is really very friendly, the door opens and the staff is always smiling and it feels good (even pretty) the rooms are very sophisticated and the amenity is different from the Deepik class (as you maintain the quality of the Ritz-Carlton amenity and use it). This main breakfast stand glass dome is beautiful. It's like coming to the noble palace! Bring a beautiful dress and shoot your life! Especially if you're on a honeymoon, rain here unconditionally! If you can stay in a club room, the food will be so good as to be unlimited drink, runch, and a simple dinner!! ~ Beer from lunch, I was happy Breakfast is Alacart + semi buffet, and the Egbenedict quality is quite excellent. I heard that the luxurious menu is great, and it looks better than the brunch restaurant. When I went to the lobby in the morning, there was a set of water, taoles and jogging. Certainly the carefulness of the luxury hotel detail elsewhere was impressive!
