Still staying here, very pleasant staff, helping in every way possible, comfortable rooms, correct buffet breakfast and spa included in the price, very central and restaurant services very close, even those at the hotel are good

Nice place Very kind and helpful staff Receptionists and especially Lajos the waiter who supervised the breakfast buffet It was disappointing that weekdays the wellness department is open afternoons only The maintenance and cleanliness could be improved

Arrived sunday afternoon lovely receptionist checking us in. Evening receptionist clearly did not want to do any work, we called up for bucket of ice only to be told to.come.down and get it advised of my disability of lifting but still forced to carry back to room. Bed uncomfortable as every movement was a squeak pillows were flat no coffee in room only tea, sunday morning receptionist was very helpful and he explained the bill etc great customer service he gave. Will not use again. As not disabled friendly.
