Mozart Hotel

An old hotel that’s no longer charming, but rather run-down. The location is good, but the wallpaper is peeling, the electrical outlets don’t work—so the minibar was just for show—and the drinks inside were warm. The air conditioner was also from Mozart’s time—very noisy and providing a “cool” temperature that couldn’t be adjusted.

The staff are more interested in being on their phones that answering the hotel phone or dealing with issues, My booking included breakfast but they wanted me pay for it , it’s was agreed it’s was included , until breakfast time and a staff swap , same again not , included , if,I want I must pay. My leaving time was planned around breakfast , so no time to argue , a complaint to the agent but response from hotel manager was the same , no refund . First time I’ve encountered this and the la first and last time I will stay here

Hotel in the city center. Spacious room on the 3rd floor. Deteriorated condition of the tapestries and ceiling. Dirty extra pillow. Minimum breakfast and pastries from the day before. Tablecloth not changed between 2 breakfasts. 4 nights passed and not once was the room or the bed made despite the sign placed on the door handle. Hotel whose staff is visibly not managed.
