Golden Ball Club Hotel & Fitness

The good-looking hotel has unfortunately aged completely. Unmotivated staff that did not even remotely respond to criticism, not even regarding a dirty towel. My bathroom was dirty, the towel completely soiled - simply disgusting. The restaurant was closed, the milk cooler at the breakfast table was dirty, the tablecloth was dirty, etc ...

I wouldn't recommend to anyone who wants to have a relaxing time in Gyor. The place is conveniently near to the train station and center of City. Very poor breakfast without choice of fruit or vegetable on November. SPA working hours from 2 p.m. till 8 p.m. only. No kettle's, cup in the rooms. No elevator , no tap water from 8a.m. till check-out. Uncomfortable, sagging bad.

So, the hotel is definitely not 4 stars. The rooms were unclean and full of BUGS. There was someone’s hair everywhere, the TOILET SEAT HAD SOMEONES FEACES ON IT, and the 1 fly cheap toilet paper they had WAS UNUSABLE. There cleaning crew stole our headphones, and they didn’t do anything about it. The spa isn’t even a spa, it’s 2 extremely cold pools and a sauna which wasn’t even working, the rooms stink and are extremely small, the price is a scam, this is definitely not 4 stars, we didn’t even get any bathroom amenities, and the new towels were wet. The breakfast was extremely cold and over salted. The staff were really hostile towards us. Don’t go here, it’s a 2 star hotel, find something better where they won’t scam you for your money
