Hotel Raba City Center

Great hotel for visiting the Christmas market. Seems well run...although on some listings claims a spa and massages...IT HAS NO SPA...but does have a sauna. It's clean, has hot water, slow wifi, experienced no noise, good bar and restaurant. Rooms are a good value. Safe location. Walking distance to the train station and bus terminal. Service was just fine. Pleasant atmosphere; nice place to stay.

Do NOT recommend staying here if you value your personal safety and security. In the middle of the night a strange man entered my room as the reception staff gave him a key to my room. They brushed it off as a computer glitch and did not even apologise. The next morning after going for breakfast, I needed to have my key reprogrammed to reenter my room, after I explained what happened, they just shrugged and told me since nothing happened, its no big deal. The advertised included/free Internet is also not true as you have to provide personal information and sign in to log in and access it - providing your personal information doesn't make it free.

Room clean, staff friendly, rooms were made moderate. Bed yes rest goes like this. Breakfast okay. Just a coffee machine and queue. Quality of coffee takes some getting used to. You can improve massively.
