Lotus Therme Hotel & Spa

Lovely staff - friendly, efficient, helpful! From the first moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at ease. While our room was a little dated, it was clean, very comfortable and looked out onto the greenspace. So lovely to wake up to in the morning! It is near to Balaton and some cute towns if one likes to explore (Heviz, Keszthely). The indoor & outdoor pools, gym, grounds were all excellent. Not overcrowded and we could always find a chair to sit on. Parking was included. The food and beverages were absolutely delicious! If one went away hungry, it was their fault. Breakfast included "western style" and "European style" foods. So many mouthwatering dishes served, including Hungarian food! Can't wait to come back!

The location is beautiful. The atmosphere is serene. The rooms are very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. The spa and wellness area is great. The medical team is very professional. It is a great resort for relaxation and for improving your health. We will clearly come back.

This hotel is a perfect choice for older couples,and family without children. The rooms are ok,not a newest,but are clean and contain everything you need. Restaurant is excellent,food are delicious and the waiters are helpful and kind! All the staff are very attentive.
