Bolholt Apartments

Apartments without reception, with autonomous access via code. Convenient parking in front of the entrance, simple but functional kitchenette, with few dishes. The rooms are not cleaned daily, and the children had to sleep on a rather uncomfortable sofa bed without a mattress. Good price for being in Reykjavik

We were 2 couples who rented 2 separate rooms for 4 nights. Beware of room 212!! It smelled of raw sewage which we found to stem from a hole in the bathroom floor covered over with duck tape. They gave us anther room for 2 of the nights but insisted we come back the last 2 nights saying it is fixed and that they had no other room available. However booking.com showed available rooms. They just covered over the problem with new duck tape and sprinkled sickly sweet air freshner on top. The rooms do not look like the pics. If you are staying here make sure you are on the 3rd or 4th floors. 2 and below are open to the street and do not appear SAFE. I do not recommend this place

Very nice apartment. Great for 4 family members. Beautiful view. Breakfast within walking distance. Free parking. A little far to walk to the city center but it is doable.
