Icelandair Hotel Reykjavik Natura

This grand hotel is located adjacent to the old airport. The Hotel is very spacious with elegant lobby and restaurant. Rooms are spacious, well furnished and maintained. Food is good.

The hotel is quite a way from the center. The food is very expensive at the restaurant but the main reason why we decided to eat out is that the experience during breakfast was dreadful. The staff there never smiling, acting like robots , removing plates, glasses as soon as you had finished and sometimes never letting you time to finish your plate it was already removed giving you the feeling that it was time to leave. Never experienced that before. Fortunately the front desk staff and mainly Sofia were very professional, smiling, welcoming and doing they best to help. Thanks for making our staying much better

Simple clean hotel with small rooms and small bathroom. What little light in the bathroom and especially when you showered and closed the shower curtain you were in the dark. The breakfast was adequate. Not much fruit. Only melon. The rooms were not noisy, little bother from the airport and buses. The city was a bit further because there is a construction project of the national title in between. Usually around 2 km walk.
