Not the greatest experience here. Room was dated but large. However, breakfast was super expensive and not added to my already expensive room. Few choices in this town and if I ever drive the Ring Road again will probably stay elsewhere.

Conveniently located right next to Bónus, making it easy to grab groceries or snacks during your stay. Rooms feature a slightly dated wooden-style décor. While still comfortable, the wooden floors show noticeable scratches—likely from luggage wheels—which detracts a bit from the overall feel. A nice touch is the inclusion of L’Occitane amenities, adding a hint of luxury. Breakfast is the standout. After days of simple breakfasts in small, isolated towns along the Ring Road, this feels like a proper city hotel spread—excellent variety with a pancake maker, plenty of juices, and even decaf coffee. Overall: A great stop on the Ring Road, with a standout breakfast that feels like a return to city standards, despite slightly dated rooms.

We spent one night here on our tour of Iceland. The hotel is partly old, but partly renovated. As many have written before, the elevator is already very slow. You wait a long time for him to come and you're on the road for a long time. The staff is very nice, the breakfast was very rich, it was all there. For transit a recommended hotel!
