Airport Smari Hotel

This hotel has it all- 500 feet from the airport, soundproofed windows, absolutely amazing and expansive selection of food for breakfast Buffett, and of course very comfortable beds in the spotless rooms.

Obvious choice if flying out of Keflavik airport in the morning hours. Being across from the Blue car rental return and from the terminal makes it very convenient with hauling the luggage. Breakfast was good with hot food provided and it satrts early to accomodate people with early morning flights. There is no covered walking to the terminal - we were lucky it was not a rainy day. Can't imagine walking in the rain with all the luggage. The room was basic but had ony one trash bin in the bathroom. The wifi was terrible - kept disconnecting.

This was a really convenient hotel within walking distance from the terminal. Breakfast is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent.
