Smari Airport

We enjoyed our stay for our last night before departing Iceland. The hotel staff were courteous, friendly, professional, and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The restaurant had an excellent menu for dinner (make reservations) and good breakfast. Most importantly, it was a very convenient 3-5 minute walk to the airport terminal, allowing us to avoid the long travel from Reykjavik for a morning departure. We will continue this for all future trips to and from Iceland

We stayed here for the proximity to the airport abd it didn’t disappoint. The food was fine, the place was clean, the staff was very professional and cordial. We would have stayed there again on our way out if it hadn’t been full.

Staff was super friendly and the location can’t be beat if you need to be close to the airport for your flight
