Hotel Nandan

Booked this hotel through Clear trip and checked in on 25th Jun.The pics shown on all the Online booking platform is deceptive. The rooms are way smaller than they appear. The bed could not accommodate even my 4 yr old kid with us, one of us had to sleep down. Adding salt to the burns : 1. The Morning buffet was disappointing and a eyewash.More than half of the items were unavailable. 2. When contacted the GM and Operational manager Mr Dhar to Cut short the booking, they made me wait for hrs and then denied for refund and put the onus on Cleartrip. 3. Cleartrip on simple terms has denied the refund stating that the hotel has not agreed to cut short the booking. Ultimately wasting one out of three days of my holiday. 4. I wanted to move out immediately . Then came the real issue.A Black stinky water came from the tap..The list goes on. 5. Do not get deceived by the images, they will take ZERO accountability once the payment is made. The management is defunk and gives a damn for your convenience and issues.

I had done my booking with them on the basis of strong recommendations from friends. Unfortunately I had to cancel my booking because of some family emergency. Even though they were not required to refund my booking amount, but they were very sympathetic with my situation and refunded the entire amount. Very rare to find such people these days. My best wishes to them and look forward to staying with them in near future.

Rooms are clumsy, old. Not value for money, very high noise. It is worst in cleanliness, you will find hair all over carpets.
