Pathetic and horrible experience. Itna ganda hotel no maintenance, isse acha kisi dharamsala me ruk jao. Staff attitude is like they work in a 7 star hotel. Very rude and behaviour less.. Entire hotel was empty more than 80% rooms vacant still they asked us to wait 1.5 hr for checking into room at 10:30 am. Waiting area cum lobby, no AC working. They used to pick empty water bottles 20/- wala from garbage and refill with RO are supplied in room as complimentary water. Smelly stinking rooms, broken room floor, NO amenities, NO bell boy to pick your luggage. The fat guy sitting at reception is showing attitude like an owner of the hotel, worst person ever met in a hospitality industry. No towel, toiletries in room even after asking twice. Checked in at 10:30am and checked out at 1pm same day and paid these idiots more than 4000/- for 3 hours considering it as a donation to these shameless staffs. A perfect BHOOT BANGLA experience in 2.5 hours. Forgot to say about food as it was next to pathetic in taste and service too.. swimming pool was looking like a gutter cum septic tank. ZERO MAINTENANCE PROPERTY..!!!

Had a bad experience we were attending workshop with students and were little late for breakfast. When we reached at buffet they said wait for plate then after 10 minutes they started cleaning and closing buffet and said its over. All our students were starved for long hours.

खटमल वाला होटल। Bedbug and cockroach infested rooms. Hotel Manager said it is normal to have insects in hotels and homes. Rooms stinks. Bedsheets and sofa covera have cigarette burns. TV and AC hangs from the wall as if they can drop on floor any time. Rugs, Curtains, Bedsheets, pillow covers and towels are as old as the hotel (at least 10 years old).
