Worst Experience. I am trying to edit the rating to one but not sure why showing it as 4. The staff has asked 750 for early check-in at 9:30 AM and later asked 400 Rs cash then he put us in some other room. At 12:00 PM he asked us to change the room. The new room was mess. We complained to him so he said that the room which we have booked is not available. The booked room will be available only after 8 PM in the night. Later which they mentioned that still not available. He did also made a remark that why you booked through Oyo. I don't care if you give a bad rating. We called the room service to complain about smell in the room. He never turned back with the solution. No Breakfast was offered. Overall a nightmare experience. Professionalism Zero and if this is how Oyo Quality check works then I won't recommend anyone to book through Oyo.

All our staff from across country prefer this hotel to stay, very good quality food, 24 hrs room service, parking space, prime location, what else a hotel requires. Room service is sometimes delay, but its ok,when it comes to food, its tasty.

Front office staff very rude, outspoken. Not at all recommended for stay purpose. No Valet parking service. Ground staff indiscipline. Doesn't give bulk rooms not even 10 rooms at one go. Rooms cleanliness very poor.
