We found this hotel exceptional service incredible despite being located in a busy chaotic part of Guru Gram just outside Delhi. The food and staff service were excellent and could eat as much as like. We enjoyed the variety of Indian dishes and I loved the chai tea early morning to wake you up. Spa and the gym were always available. Good value for money and all the staff were courteous and respectful all the time.

Your staff is your asset. I had gone there for my anniversary. The restaurant staff — Jyoti, Nitin, Rohit Bawania — how amazing is the service they provide? The guards at the checking point, from outside all the way to the lobby, all the guards are very good. They greet you warmly and with care. And the most special thing is, when I was leaving the coffee shop, there was a staff member at the front desk — maybe his name was Anup or Rupam, I can’t recall exactly — he lovingly stopped my child and gave him a toffee, which felt really, really good. And this shows what ITC’s service is like. I will come again, I hope so.
