Hotel Aashraye

I booked two rooms directly through the hotel's website, which offered two payment options—pay at the hotel or pay online with a discount. Opting for the convenience of paying at the hotel, I was shocked to arrive and be told that no rooms were available because I hadn’t paid online. If selecting "pay at the hotel" doesn’t guarantee a reservation, then why offer it in the first place? Confirming a booking should mean exactly that—a confirmed room. Instead, we were met with an appalling lack of professionalism, causing unnecessary hassle and stress. The staff, including the manager, showed zero empathy and were only concerned about blaming us for selecting the payment option that they themselves provided. This is by far one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This hotel clearly doesn't value its guests or respect their time. Avoid at all costs!

In front of the window, there was a park, lots of birds, chipmunks running. There's a kettle, towel, toilet paper for 1 time only😆, shower gel, heater, fan walks around, cupboard stinks. Friends were less fortunate, they got a room, with windows to the backyard, where all the fans and air conditioners rattle. Breakfast is best not to take, there is no choice and it is not clear from which, so much for us it was not edible. But there's a microwave. Normal staff.

We were booked into this property for four nights on booking(dotcom). Firstly the hotel asked for a deposit to ‘secure the rooms’ , this was outside of the booking.com processes( specifically says ‘pay at property, no pre payment). Following payment, no confirmation was provided . Multiple calls and emails yielded no result . We finally got confirmation after a family friend had to visit the property and request for the confirmation to be sent On arriving at the property and being checked into the rooms, we discovered the pictures do not match those online AT ALL. There were stains on the bed , remnants of food spilling a, mould in the refrigerator and very very unclean toilet bowl. We were forced to leave and request a refund . They have provided only refund for the payment provided at the property and not the amount required to ‘secure it’ initially paid. Very disappointed !! !
