I came to the hotel for a business stay with my Japanese colleague. Unfortunately, she had forgotten to bring her passport, as she had left it at home. As per the hotel procedure, the reception team initially informed us that her passport was required for check-in. Since my home was about an hour away from the hotel, I approached the Reception Manager, Mr. Vipin, and explained the situation. I also informed him that I had stayed at the hotel a few days earlier. Mr. Vipin checked the details and, after some time, informed me that everything was fine and that we could proceed with our stay. I really appreciate his understanding, support, and excellent handling of the situation. Thank you once again, Mr. Vipin, for your kind assistance and hospitality.

We had a really pleasant experience at Hotel City Park, Pitampura. The property is quite elegant and spacious, with beautifully designed interiors and large, comfortable rooms. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully planned. The hotel has all the facilities you would expect from a luxury property, including a swimming pool, gym and spa. The dining options are also worth mentioning the café has a lovely ambience and good food, the restaurant offers a comfortable dining experience, and the bar is a nice place to unwind in the evening. The hospitality was warm and professional, and the staff was courteous throughout our stay. They also have spacious banquet areas that seem well suited for weddings, family functions and other events. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience. The location in Pitampura is convenient if you’re looking to stay in this part of Delhi. Would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Delhi.
