Booked well in advance. Phoned a day before to check if dates were still valid as booked online. I was told hotel closed for refurbishment. This was never relayed to online booking service or me. The management wanted to send me else where. The hotel they wanted me to go to was dirty & disgusting. Best to avoid this hotel as they are poor communicators & unreliable. 0 stars.

I will name it as a bad palace instead of good palace. TV out of order smelly room wash basin broken. But will give 10 out of 10 to Ashok and Vikas at the reception being so co-op to the guests. Very bad experience

I never seen such kindly of worst hotel in my life, for me it’s - 100( negative 100 ranking) typical moisture smell is coming while entering in the hotel ( Like Ghummat smell). Inside the room Toilet smell are coming during night sleeping @ 11 pm , toile flush not working, AC not working properly, Wash Basin tab not working properly, everywhere found spiders web, toile not good, bathroom area is totally worst, pool over blanket get ruptured, floor me mitti/ large no of Dhool/ mitti, our food is including with stay but they are ignoring ( said that Aaj ke din adjust karlo), when they are agree with dinner and morning breakfast then they are not providing food up to 10 pm, employees don’t know the room number, first they are assigned second floor after an hr they are assigned third floor….. be careful before book any hotel, If your agent get book any hotel then please check and then only booked because we are pay for that only …… Paise Barbad…. Aur Din bhi Barbad.
