In today's time a five star hotel who asks you to iron your clothes in the lobby and cannot provide Wifi properly is inane.

We had a decent stay at your hotel overall. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous and welcoming throughout our visit. The room was comfortable and met our basic expectations, and we appreciated the efforts of the housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness. While our experience was generally pleasant, there are a few areas where improvements could make future stays even better. Attention to small details, quicker response times to guest requests, and enhancements to certain facilities would further improve the overall guest experience.

This hotel seems that it has not been renovated for several decades. Furniture, floor, bed most of them are old. And there was a musty smell in the room. AlsoI I had an unexpected water outage twice, and when it came out again, rusty water came out, so I couldn't wash and sleep until late at night. And bathtubs didn't drain well, so the water reached my ankles. It was a terrible experience for me.
