We had a wonderful experience at the Regency Lounge. A special thank you to Mr. Rakesh for his exceptional service. He looked after us extremely well, ensuring we were comfortable throughout the evening and that the food was prepared exactly to our preferences. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made our visit truly enjoyable. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Rahul, Ms. Rabeena, Kabi, Mr. Harsh, and Avi and Vikramaditya. The entire team was incredibly pleasant, courteous, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome and ensuring we had a fantastic evening. A special mention also goes to Mr. Tarun at the front desk, who is always prompt, professional, and exceptionally helpful. He consistently ensures that the check-in process is smooth and that our room is prepared according to our preferences. We would also like to thank Mr. Utkarsh for looking after us so well during our stay.

I have been staying at Hyatt Regency Delhi for almost four months now, and the experience has been consistently outstanding across every dimension. The staff genuinely make the difference here. Rinki looks after the floor with real care and attention, with Udesh and the rest of the team always available, always professional — they will invariably find a way to make you feel the hotel is looking after you personally, not just your room. Food quality is solid across all the restaurants, covering a good range of cuisines: Chinese, Italian, Middle Eastern, Indian and Japanese. Everything is consistently fresh. Alessandro and Fabrizio, who oversee the culinary operations, bring real expertise and genuine passion to the role — you notice it in the quality of what ends up on the plate. Their team, including Narender, Dhriti and the rest of the crew, keeps the standard high day in, day out. Breakfast deserves a special mention: Hema and all the girls who welcome you every morning are warm, efficient and always on top of things — a great way to start the day. The business lounge is equally impressive: perfect for meetings or simply to unwind, elegant without being excessive. The pool and gym are spotless, constantly sanitised and equipped to a high standard, with Ritika and her team ensuring everything is kept in top condition. Especially the gym is a real asset, with state of the art equipment and personal trainers always ready to assist you. Much credit goes to General Manager Daniel — though he would be the first to acknowledge that none of this would be possible without the exceptional team around him. From the front desk, where Ishita was among the first welcoming faces I encountered, to the less visible but equally vital roles behind the scenes — Shweta has been my guardian angel, helping me in more ways than I can count — everyone here is competent, helpful and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Practically speaking, the location works very well for getting around Delhi and reaching the airport, which matters more than people realise when you are here on business. Overall, a hotel I would recommend without hesitation to anyone visiting Delhi for work or leisure.
