Imperial

We had 2 rooms and we got treated differently. Not even the tour was offered to us. Staff was too good with our friends however, was ignorant for our needs. Housekeeping staff was impeccable though.

A wonderful stay at The Imperial hotel in Delhi. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A special mention to all the fabulous staff in the lounge (especially Ritika, Neha and Rentta) who looked after us so well- they really went above and beyond for us! We hope to return before too long!

This was my second visit to The Imperial. It’s absolutely the place to go in Delhi. The experience is like no other. It’s not just a place to stay, but it’s a museum of beautiful art and surrounded by history. Breakfast was perfect, the staff ( Joseph and Khushi ) remember and greet you each morning. The service is always exceptional, help always available and the rooms are so comfortable and quiet. I will always keep the Imperial in my heart, looking forward to my next visit .
