hotel is very good room is very nice hot and cold water running 24 hours staff was very copretive and near karol bagh metro ststion waking and near by all tipe mall available and mr. ravi is very great parson

The rooms are not very big but sufficient for 2, can adjust with one minor. Room's are not clean. Bathroom are ok ...have uncovered holes. Wall plastering comes out in many places. Location is fine. Bottle water costs extra. Blankets were not washed every time.

I was here for a business visit. I keep visiting Delhi every month and try new hotels everytime. I opted for this hotel after I saw it's eye catching pics on make my trip. The good thing about this hotel are it's spacious rooms. What I found awkward was that the Wi-Fi connection wasn't working! I missed out much of my important online work because of that. Secondly, the room service was very lousy and I had to request the reception three or four times for the cleaning of my room until it was finally done after 2 days. Also the hotel management asks you to keep the keys at the reception whsn you go out which is a loop in privacy of the guest. Otherwise overall a good option to stay.
