Majestic Palace

Very dubious hotel, agreements are not kept. The first night there was no room and we had to go to another hotel in the middle of the night. The next morning we had breakfast in this hotel (which was fine by the way) The room is small, dark and no window to look outside. By the way, clean. Because we had to check out at the end of the night it was not possible to pay by pin or CC, so but in cash. In connection with a group trip we would come back to this hotel afterwards. But, what outlines the surprise, again overbooked but worse, now it was claimed that there was no settlement the first time. Although with witnesses they insisted that no payment had been made (and the man behind the bar denied of course) Summing up, disappointing gang of crooks.

Adequate but where do you start. We were meant to be next door but they were overbooked so woke up the guy at the desk and found us a room. Scurrying around in the walls and very noisy but what do you expect in Delhi?? Hot water was intermittent but it did the job and bed was clean. Didn’t have food here as they weren’t expecting us.

I have been coming here for 15 years here and all the food is fresh cooked, the staff is brilliant, very helpfull. I had visaproblems, they helped me a lot. The rooms are well cleaned and the roomservice perfect. Good price. Sharwankumar Nanhu
