As soon as we entered the hotel, the reception people did not respond, then I told them that I have a booking, then they said that one room is ready, I will get another one later, as soon as we entered the room there was seepage all around, then they said that they are changing the room, after half an hour I went to the reception and asked what happened to my room, they said that I had forgotten that my room had to be changed, I said that there is no manager here whom I can talk to, then the receptionist said that there is no one here, this Dharamshala is being run by Oyo and there is no one to manage it, I asked the Oyo people that you write a big name on your website, this town house, go there sometime. When I was given the second room, its main door was not closing, when I told it at the reception, I said that it will remain like this, you lock it from inside, in the same room, water started coming from the AC at night, so I told the reception that AVI is not right, we will see tomorrow, I had booked two rooms but in one there was a towel and washroom kit, then I told it again and again but I was given a towel to use in both the rooms. These Oyo people write a big name that our town house is there but it is one step below Dharamshala. Rooms: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Location: 2/5 Rooms Very very dirty Like a khunder

Dirty, horrible rooms, linen, rude and inhospitable staff Long unnecessary waiting for checking, false promises made and supercharged for early check-ins First you reach this place and search for the hotel which has a different name altogether - feels like an impersonated hotel, whose reviews are also false. Next is when you enter the place.... then the rooms

Great service and good interior of room and hotel too.. nearest from my workplace.. good staff.. staff also helping and cute and my stay was really great 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃 and I will again come here and I m suggest my friends stay here 👍👍👍👍👍
