The worst hotel, all Google reviews are paid.. please don't go by reviews.. family will scare with panparag staff and dirty rooms. They will show one room and shift next day to small box room. If we want same room that given first day they will ask for 5000.. basic OYO rooms are better than these rooma

Hotel was in shambles; shower broken, no shower head and furniture outlived their life span. poor service hot water available only from 08 00 to 10 00am, best thing they had for breakfast were bananas. Not recommended

We stayed here for two nights as a small break for the two of us. We were supposed to got to Tenerife but for health reasons cancelled it. Instead we went here for two days. The hotel, am sorry to say, has had the life sucked out of the fabric and the building is no longer suitable as a hotel in this day and age. It is dated, old fashioned and needs completely cleaned from top to bottom and upgraded. This standard might have been acceptable in the 60s and 70s but is no longer competitive. The Spa machines mostly did not work and the hotel layout is such that it is easy to get lost with dark corridors and lifts hidden around corners. Their hygiene in the bar and dining areas is appalling. They use the same cloth to wipe down each table but never seemed to sterilise it. They are just spreading germs from table to table very efficiently. There was also a lack of sanatisers generally. The only saving grace was the very high standard of the food. It was exceptionally good. However we wiil not return.
