Wow where do I start with this Gem in the crown of Delhi! Perfectly located within walking distance of the India Gate and other attractions such as Khan Market and Lodi Gardens to name a few! The service was impeccable from start to finish. To see some guests be rude to staff was upsetting as they all work so hard to meet the individual needs of every customer. We were lucky enough to have club class with our room and would recommend this the views are excellent over the city it’s from here I noticed just how green Delhi is … if we return this is 100% where we will stay!

I am writing this review so that maximum people should get to know about this hidden wonder in Delhi city centre. Honestly this is one of the best 5 star property to go for in Delhi. If anyone is looking for a staycation, business, family, friends trip then this is one shop stop. Starting from the guest services agent at reception, agents/ supervisors in restaurants, staff at pool area in a nutshell everywhere in property are extremely humble and ready to assist. Taj is a well known brand but these people in brand are really giving extra effort to make your stay memorable. Would like to give a loud shoutout to Mr Pradeep Kumar Dubey, Himanshi , Ujjwal , Tanu , Nischay , Mr Laxmi and Team from lounge team are some name which I could remember and would like to really appreciate there effort. Lastly would like to add that these people aren't just making your stay memorable but they are creating exceptional experiences which you will remember lifelong. To the leadership please do appreciate each one of them for doing tremendous jobs. Regards Haroon

I love ❤️ the stay so much. My favorite was receiving treatments , hair and make up from Seema . She made me feel like a Queen. I am forever grateful. The food was delicious also and our driver Lakhpat was phenomenal . He was so kind and patient. Sradha from the concierge was a life saver. I am truly grateful for the staff at this beautiful hotel. I also love the flute .
