The Front office head Mr Nripender is no doubt a lovely guy in all aspects who made our stay utmost comfortable as my wife & kiddo were really happy to stay at Leela ambience …. He perhaps should be applauded in a hotels’ team huddle & would humbly request the GM to promote him higher as the kind of human behaviour traits he has are marvellous ….its great to see him every time we check in here Also On the other hand the person named as Mr Pritesh at the concierge desk is too good in his department who takes care of the airport transfers very well & very much concerned also in every aspect of to & fro …he too should be promoted asap My warm wishes to the hotel staff too & GM sir as well Lovingly yours - Manish

Great service by the staff specially by Aman Chaudhary. He was very attentive to all our guests and very supportive during the event hours. Also Harshit and Mohan were there who helped us really well in the Event.

AOSBI Event – The Leela Ambience Hotel Review I had the opportunity to work at the AOSBI event held at The Leela Ambience Hotel. The event was exceptionally well organized, with excellent coordination from the management team. The venue offered a premium atmosphere, and all arrangements, including registration, hospitality, and event flow, were handled professionally. The staff members were cooperative and supportive, making it easy to perform assigned responsibilities efficiently. The overall environment was positive, and I gained valuable experience in event management, coordination, and interacting with attendees. It was a great learning experience, and I would be happy to be a part of similar events in the future.
