The location is not good. There is a spa right outside the Main entry of the Rivasa. Left of the main entry. it shares the parking of Rivasa. the Spa offers sex services and their agents are location in whole street asking the visitors to come to Spa for sex with girls. So the location for families are really worst as it causes a bad vibe. Also this is a fraud Spa, they will take the money and will not offer you much and then try to beat you. their girls will ask you a lot of tip and do nothing. Overall, this is a Scam fraud SPA who cheat on visitors and take their money. Also it is causing a bad vibe over this area and especially Rivasha since its location on ground floor (Left) to the entry gate of Rivasa resport. I suggest Rivasa to FIR against the SPA and let them move out of that area.

special thanks to housekeeping Mr Alok .have been fortunate enough to stay in a lot of lovely hotels all over the world however I have never encountered such fantastic staff. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble and every single member of staff is friendly and helpful. The whole hotel and pool area is spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. I have seen some reviews saying that the location isn’t great however I disagree,I can see why the hotel hold this event as it must be very profitable however unfortunately it means many people who are staying at the hotel have to leave during a Saturday daytime as the hotel gets overrun by really drunk people. I recently visited this hotel and, unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. The combination of poor hospitality and unhygienic conditions made it difficult to stay at the hotel for even an hour. Upon arrival, we were left to find our rooms on our own, which gave the feeling of exploring a cave. The bedsheets were untidy, and the pool was nonfunctional with dirty water. Despite being a budget hotel, it lacked basic cleanliness and had an unpleasant odor throughout. Although I had made a partial payment, I immediately requested a refund. The staff member at the reception appeared untrained in hospitality and displayed a rude, indifferent attitude. I hope that management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.
