Basic small rooms which can accommodate 2 people with AC and a TV. Room cleaning and linen change is done once in two days that too on request. Don't go for their breakfast, not hygenic and very limited options. Location is good 15 mins walk to anjuna beach however behind a building in a narrow lane.

If you are gonna book for 3 people in a single room , better be ready to get packed. ( from the booking website : the display pictures looks great but in real is a small one) And there are too many restrictions as this isnt a hotel but is a guest house run by a privately owned house owner. AirCondition cannot be put below 24 deg. was the worst thing told.

Nice place to stay with all good features and good people near Anjuna Beach.And all other places are nearby “Fantastic location - close to everything. I'll book here every time I stay in “GOA” “Easy to get too and get out off.” All necessary facilities are provided. Moderate features.
