The perfect stay one can ask for. Evey service from check in to check out was taken care properly . Good studio room with 2 balcony and dinning table also . 5 mins drive from Anjuna beach and 40 mins minimum from Thivim railway station . Cars and bike are easily available outside the hotel

We had mixed experience while visiting this property recently . We are a senior citizen couple , members of Country Club since long. First the positives : food was good on the first day of the visit on 4th Sept , tapered off on second day when they had run out of fruit during breakfast , and barely acceptable on the third day . We decided to check out one day early ( we had booked for 4 days with breakfast/dinner meal plan ) but the refund request for meals not taken was turned down. Now the negatives : property is well constructed but poorly maintained with abysmal standards of service . No phones in the room , reception had to be called on the mobile ( carried by a rude security guard ) . Kitchen staff comes after 8 am , no provision for early morning tea or coffee. Hardly any room service . The dishes are not removed for upto 24 hours. The worst part is the security guard and taxi operator mafia who do not let outside taxi operators pick up from the Hotel . The receptionist does not help in taxi booking and points to the security. They quote exorbitant rates, misguide and force you to see what they want you to see , not what one wants to see. Beware of this threatening nexus !! It is strongly recommended to replace the security and ask him to do what he is supposed to do instead of meddling with and intimidating guests. Poor management supervision has wasted a good property . Would not like to go again.

Very bad service 🤬 worst everything I have ever experienced.👎🏻I strictly dont recommond❌ poorly maintained old property. The staff was very rude and non-cooperative. Customers are least priority to them. Food was awful. No variety at all for breakfast or any meals. Food lacked taste... Staff couldnt handle the crowd during breakfast. Food trays were always empty at the counters. in short “ BAKWASSS FOOD “! 👈🏻 Please improve the quality standards accounting to other well known restaurants.
