Living Room Goa

Apart from the location, which I would give a star and 5/5, rest whole experience is terrible. I booked my stay for 4 nights bud ended up checking out on the same checkin date. Rooms are big and quite spacious but a bit shaddy and lack presence of light. Facilities including each and every small thing like pillows, mattress, toiletries and etc are below average. Rooms and washroom were not clean despite changing the room thrice and even informing the staff multiple times. Pillows and mattress were way too bad and can give you a headache along with free backpain for a lifetime. Dampness and moisture spoils all across the room, hotel were quite horrible.

Pros 1.The master room with balcony was spacious 2.Hardworking maintenance staff responsible for cleanliness and upkeep. 3.Breakfast was amazing.Guys in the kitchen put a lot of effort to make sure food is tasty and service is great.Spread is decent,not great but tasty and hygienic. 4.The location is about a km from the beach and there are a lot of eateries nearby. 5.The pool is decent. Cons 1.No parking space in the hotel!!!You have to park your car on the side of dusty road opposite the hotel at your own risk. 2.The property is a decade old and requires maintenance esp balconies ( For eg:room 307 , balcony door doesn't shut and can be opened from outside),doors and locks are jammed,switch points are shaky etc... Overall a good option for a budget stay in Vagator,but hotel needs urgent maintenance by management.
