Palm Resort Goa

We had a beautiful and fantastic stay in plam resort ..the rooms was well cleaned and towel has been placed properly and spl shout out to house keeping team for done a great and good work Only thing front desk staffs was bit rude with the guest there is no smile and welcoming while checkin and they throwing the keys to in front us face it was such a pathetic and make me bit scared I think they might treat travel agent booking guest like this and swimming pool spacious and kids and adults can use but it full of frogs and small insects may be they have big pool with decoration of 🐸 frogs Otherwise rooms wise I loved the rooms and comfortable beds cleaned linen everything was perfect other than these all Note : staffs needs proper training for how to behave with the guests

“Absolutely Horrible Stay!” “I can’t believe how awful this resort was! The rooms smelled like mold and dampness, and no one came to clean during our entire stay. The food was a joke — tasteless, bland, and some of it was downright unappetizing. The staff was barely helpful and nonchalant. I was expecting much more for the price I paid, but the worst part was the lack of blankets. I froze all night and had to call multiple times for help. Definitely not worth it!”

No shampoo no soap no towel no glass. If we need additional glass they will charge for that also. Swimming pool tile is cracked a small boy got injury. You cannot dive and jump in the pool. If you do you will be fined about 2000rs. Worst reception service. Cleanliness was a bad experience. Whatever we ask receptionist will simply reply not available we cannot provide it.
