The Sol

Checked in to be told that they would only take cash payments and told me they would take me to an ATM. Had booked a suite. Ate in the restaurant Food was awful... paid, didn't complain Went for breakfast next day. Went to the restaurant and was asked if we could eat in our room as other guests would see that we had breakfast included in our room rate and may not pay. Very strange, Very strange. Refused breakfast. On going out to get some water, was then told it would be OK to have breakfast It was all too bizarre. We checked out early having paid for another night. The receptionist phoned the manager who wanted to speak to me and on explaining to him, he then said we could have breakfast in the restaurant. Goa is great, but this place is truly awful. Avoid and book elsewhere.

The Hotel is located at a very beautiful location with peaceful views. The ambiance of the hotel is very pleasant and lovely especially in the evenings. We loved the food and the great hospitality shown Bye the staffs. Would definitely come back again soon
