The Tubki Resort

Very nice hotel for India. We had a self-catering apartment equipped with everything you need. The room is a little tired, but it's all there. There's a new comfortable mattress on the bed. Cleaning on demand. The hotel staff is very friendly, always available to help with all requests.

We have just returned from two weeks at this truly wonderful hotel where we were very well looked after by the fabulous Mr & Mrs Tubki and their staff. We loved everything about our stay - our room (clean, spacious and very comfortable with efficient air conditioning), the ever helpful Tubki team, the food (e.g. the made to order breakfast omelettes, lassis when returning home after an adventure, butter chicken, tadka dhall, ghee rice... I need to stop somewhere but these were some of my favourite things!), gossiping on a sun lounger by the pool with other residents and watching the world go by from our balcony. In short, we love this place and can't wait to go back!

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Always available, always willing to help and at the same non-intrusive and happy to let you get on enjoying the place without trying to sell anything. All the staff, reception, cleaning and restaurant staff are excellent. Food in the restaurant is excellent and good value for money. Small but lovely swimming pool. Very quiet place and rooms are excellent value for money. Special mention to Ajit(reception) who was always super helpful, like if I was going out for the day arranging a packed lunch. Highly recommended.
